Who doesn’t love cake?
It was my friend Namrata’s birthday party last week and she asked each of us to bring a dish somehow relating to her. I chose to bake something a bit more complex than usual – a 3-tiered S’mores Cake!
Namrata is from the US and introduced a couple of us to s’mores when we had a weekend away in the country, so I thought this cake was perfect.
One tip though: the recipe asks for graham flour (used to make those American graham crackers). I think only Ocado or a couple London Scandinavian cafes sell it so I found a hack. I am able to buy graham crackers from a local convenience store so I just ground them up with my hand blender!
